The UK government has relaxed the rules for traveling abroad – but many countries continue to impose restrictions on UK travelers.

The color of the country name indicates whether the government has shortlisted it red list to travel to England. Countries shown in green are classified as “rest of the world” – travel from these locations is less restricted.

Although the above tool indicates the current restrictions, these may be subject to change.

There may also be restrictions when returning to the UK.

Similar rules apply in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, but as decentralized nations make their own decisions, the rules could be different in the UK.
