A father vacationing with his family in Spain has jumped to his death in a cliff jumping stunt gone wrong, shocking video shows.

Heartbreaking footage captured from a nearby boat – where the man’s wife and son were filming – shows the 31-year-old Dutch tourist preparing to take the 100ft plunge in the Malgrats Islands on Thursday, New York Post reports.

The hapless daredevil dived from the majestic cliff but seemingly realized his leap wasn’t going to clear the sharp, jagged rocks below which he viciously sliced ​​through before crashing into the water while pushing a terrifying cry.

“Oh my God!” the man’s wife shouted at the end of the short, creepy clip.

The body of the man, who was not immediately identified, was found in the water following a search.

It is unclear whether local authorities are investigating the deadly cliff-jumping waterfall, which is popular among Mallorca holidaymakers.

The man had rented a boat for his wife to film the stunt, according to the Mallorca Daily Bulletin.

The victim’s wife and son are said to have received advice as local authorities searched for his body using a rescue boat, helicopter and dive team.
