Spain recently revealed its major change to the Covid-19 entry requirements that applies to all travellers, which will still be in effect for the Easter holidays.
Their latest travel requirements mean that only fully vaccinated passengers are allowed entry. Fully vaccinated passengers will need to provide valid proof that they are medically exempt.
Alternatively, a medical certificate showing that you have recovered from COVID-19 within the last six months prior to travel will suffice. Another entry requirement is to complete the Spanish health control form.

Before entering Spain, each traveler must complete a form. You can find the form to fill here. Once you have completed the form, you will receive a QR code, which you must show upon arrival at Spanish ports or airports.
