Samoa removes all travel restrictions related to COVID-19

On September 22, 2022, the Government of Samoa announced that all travel restrictions for COVID-19 were now lifted.

All passengers and crew are no longer required to present vaccination cards/certificates or undergo pre-departure COVID-19 testing prior to boarding.

All passengers are strongly advised to wear a face mask at all times and to continue to take precautionary and preventive measures in the first days after arrival. The announcement suggests that if you feel ill after recently arriving in Samoa, please let any health care provider know.

All passengers must truthfully complete the in-flight arrival health declaration form and provide a valid local phone number and email/facebook address.

Any passenger found guilty of providing false information is subject to a fine.

Flights to Samoa are currently operated direct from Auckland with Air New ZealandSydney/Brisbane with QantasNadi (Fiji) and Honolulu (Hawaii) with Fiji Airlines.
